I am the mother to a wonderful, vivacious, and determined little girl. Oh, how I love her. Raising a child is hard. You are shaping this being into who they will be as an adult, how they face adversity, and how they interact with society. I am constantly learning new things, new ways to handle situations, facing new challenges, and how to fix problems. I read parenting books, I never thought I would, because there is only so far your instincts can take you. I am constantly changing and growing and learning how to be a better negotiator.

As sister you would have thought I had it down by this point in my life but people grow and change. As does our family by adding new people into our lives. Which means I have to look at the situation from different perspectives then I would have 2-5 years ago. At our core we have not changed. We still love each other, have the same morals and principals, we still would do anything for each other. It hasn't always been easy but we all adapted to the new environment or changes. We've communicated with each other about our problems, needs, feelings, and found ways to resolve the issue.

All of the above makes me a better Realtor®. I bring what I've learned from my personal life into my career. Things are always changing, there are challenges old and new, you have to keep learning and adapting to situations and technology. Most of all you have to communicate with the people you work with. I have had my license for 7 years now. When I started things were different then they are now. The market has changed, technology has changed, how you advertise has changed, and the laws are always changing. I am constantly growing and learning as Realtor®. The one thing that always remains the same is COMMUNICATION. My personal skills with my clients and other agents is what makes the difference. Everybody deserves respect and decency. I strive to make the process of buying or selling a property as simple, easy, and stress free as possible. Your goals are my goals and I will do what is in my power to make your home buying experience amazing.
